Welcome to Show and Tell with Adaline – an online interactive artistic competition that showcases your creative abilities!
The contest has 2 parts:
1) SHOW
Calling all artists – Adaline wants to showcase your art! Please send in pictures of paintings or drawings you’ve done, send in merch designs, photography, album artwork ideas, make a music video using one of Adaline’s songs, send an mp3 of an original song you’ve written inspired by Adaline’s musical style, pictures of clothing you’ve designed…the list could go on and on!
THE PRIZE – your art will be incorporated into Adaline’s brand! For example, if your original song wins, Adaline will record and sing your song which will then be released. Or if you make a fan music video using one of Adaline’s songs, it will be uploaded onto all of her music pages and sent out to the media. If it is a merchandise design, it will be on her next run of t-shirts which will be shown at shows across Canada! And so on…
2) TELL
Calling all Adaline supporters! Spread the word of Adaline’s music online and in your cities and you could win a very special prize. Submit creative marketing ideas on how to expand Adaline’s fanbase internationally, create an Adaline online awareness within your social networks (Facebook, Myspace, Twitter etc.) that encourages people to vote for Adaline in “The Peak Performance Project”, set up a fanpage, organize a street team activity in your city, office, or school that encourages people to listen to Adaline’s music.
Send in a video evidence your efforts or send in a report that outlines what you have done to adalinecontest@gmail.com. Basically just tell us what you have done to promote Adaline. The sky is the limit, so be creative!

THE PRIZE – Adaline will fly and visit your city ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD! She will also perform a showcase in your city for your family and friends!
Submissions for both parts of the contest are open until DECEMBER 8th. Winners will be announced on DECEMBER 15th!

So for the “Tell” portion we just have to send you a list of what we have done to spread the word? Like, sent out 100 messages encouraging people to vote, put up posters in my school etc.?
Try to make an effort to prove what you are doing – like take videotape of you putting up posters, or send me a link to your facebook page where I can see what you are doing to promote – just keep me in the loop any way you can. I realize some things cannot be documented, so in this case, just send me an email letting me know what you did. Good question!
